A constant, daily presence in our vineyards allows us to intervene agronomically as needed. Extreme care and attention are given to the plants' needs. Our passion for caring for the land is itself the courage to continue doing so. The vineyards are trained using espalier and alberobello systems, with double horizontal cordon pruning with 4-5 spurs in total; they are cultivated and managed according to absolutely natural times and methods, linked to the phases of the moon as well as the secrets and techniques passed down to me by my father, which are combined daily with the experience gained from over 40 years of viticulture. The company's philosophy: "Wine is made in the vineyard, not in the cellar." This gives our wines, all varieties being equal, a strong connection to the vintage and the production district.
