Manfredi Franco, from Marsala, is the perfect paradigm of the world of natural wines, an attentive bottle consumer on the one hand and a producer on the other hand since 2020. A young lawyer in Milan who studied law in Rome, he discovers and is passionate about gastronomy. He studied as an autodidact, participated in wine fairs, met winemakers, read magazines and books on wine until he met Vincenzo Argileri from ViteadOvest, and his dream of making wine came true. Back in Marsala, they identify in the hamlet of Ciavolo an old vineyard of mixed rows planted with Nocera, Corinto, Nerello Mascalese, Nero d'Avola, Zibibbo, Grillo and Catarratto. A range of grape varieties capable of recounting all the richness of Sicily. The wines produced reflect his idea of producing natural, territorial, fresh, elegant and mineral wines.
