The house and vineyards are in Piedimonte Etneo. The vineyard area is approximately 2.5 hectares spread across several parcels on the northeast slopes. These small, ancient, mixed bush-trained vineyards are nestled among woods and virgin sciare, with Nerello Mascalese as the primary variety.
The altitude of the vineyards varies from 600 to 1000 metres above sea level.
Traditional and minimal viticulture is practiced: manual tillage of the land, an annual passage in winter with a small motor cultivator,
treatments with sulfur, rock dust and plant extracts, in the pre-flowering period and only when necessary.
The harvest takes place between the second ten days of September and the first ten days of November.
No white wines at the moment.
