Agricola VinB

Ours is a small company, 3.5 hectares of vineyards, almost all Frappato, and a little Nero d'Avola from which we obtain a rosé.

We practice regenerative organic agriculture, with minimal tillage, primarily through sowing green manure, followed by crimping in alternate rows with organic fertilizers, compost, or manure. Sulfur and copper treatments, only when absolutely necessary, are performed with a tractor. For the rest, we prefer to use a mulcher. Rotary tillers have been banned from our land; our constant goal is to enrich the soil without the use of chemicals or salts, but only with good practices and organic compounds prepared by us. In the cellar, only strictly spontaneous fermentations are performed, without piéd de cuve, without adding anything before or afterward, and, unless absolutely necessary, without adding SO2 at bottling.
