BROCK Tartineria nasce nel 2016 in un piccolo laboratorio nel centro storico, specializzandosi in prodotti salati artigianali da asporto. Nel 2021 apre il nuovo locale con servizio bar: vini naturali, birre del territorio e aperitivi della casa completano l’abbinamento con i prodotti salati del laboratorio. Le specialità di BROCK sono le tartine, preparate con ingredienti stagionali e fantasiosi. Seguono altri prodotti come tramezzini gourmet, focacce, club sandwich, panettone gastronomico.
