Quelle cuisse ! Epicé : clou de girofle, cannelle ; mais aussi un côté tirant vers l’amande et la châtaigne. Une acidité tranchante rappelant les fruits rouges rafraichit le palais. Les tanins sur la fin en font un vin structuré.

La Voce della Buccia (Box ‘e Croxu), geniale composizione di torchiati. Vino concettuale, croccante, appuntito, piacevolissimo e di grande beva e digeribilità. La sua seducente bevibilità, la spiccata minerale acidità nascondono totalmente i 15,5 gradi d’alcol lasciando spazio ad un primaverile succoso fruttato appagamento della sete. Meraviglia.
