A true hidden gem in Piedmont. A clear 10 out of 10. I discovered this place through the Raisin App, and it instantly became one of my top recommendations in the region. I had an outstanding hand cut beef tartare. Ask for it with only olive oil, salt and pepper, and if you like, a touch of Parmesan on top. They are happy to do it. The tartare was 12 euros, served with wonderful artisan bread from a local baker. The red wine from the village was excellent, and the selection of local cheese and ham is just as impressive. You can enjoy them here or buy some to take home, along with olive oil, pasta and wine. The music is soft and lounge like, perfect for staying a little longer over a second glass. Great value for money, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and two wonderful owners who are passionate, attentive and genuinely welcoming. I come here two or three times a week whenever I am in Piedmont. It is simply that good. Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, open the rest of the week. Absolutely worth a visit.
