The Rabel Agricultural Company was founded in the heart of Roero by the profound passion of four sommelier friends, united by the desire to produce vibrant, pure, and strongly territorial wines . The company manages approximately three hectares of vineyards between the municipalities of Santo Stefano Roero and Monteu Roero, nestled in an ecosystem in perfect harmony with the surrounding woods .

The agricultural philosophy is rigorously natural: the lands are managed according to certified organic and biodynamic regimes, nourishing the soil with company compost and preparations (500P and 501) and protecting the vines exclusively with minimal doses of copper and sulphur, supported by kaolin, zeolite and plant extracts .

In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum . Fermentation occurs spontaneously via an initial pied de cuve . Craftsmanship guides every single production process, from the manual destemming of the Nebbiolo to the foot-pressing of the Pinot Noir (50% whole-bunch vinified), up to the targeted refinements that combine the use of steel, amphora, and wood .
