Vigneti ubicati su declivi in forte pendenza, con un terreno composto da stratificazioni arenacee e marnose di origine ecocenica. Vendemmiato esclusivamente a mano e quando viene lasciato fermentare in tini di rovere a contatto con le bucce per almeno 3-4 mesi. Dopo la fermentazione, anche l’affinamento avviene per 40 mesi in barriques di rovere.
