I vini con queste macerazioni offrono vini unici. Quel giallo aranciato, quei sentori di erbaceo e di mandorla. Degustato a temperatura come se fosse un rosso.

Crazy good wine. Delicate honey upfront, very smooth, old tea finish. I’m told that one year, when Radikon’s machine broke, Saša Radikon corked each bottle by hand 💪🏻

Complesso, con note prevalenti di albicocca. Fiori di magnolia. Straordinaria acidità. Sapido. Lungo.

Wow! In the nose a lot of volatile acidity (which I like), raisins, maybe som citrus in behind. Some floral notes as well. In the mouth a lot of tannins, elderflower and a bit pleasant dusty taste. Not so much acidity. The taste lingers in the mouth for a looong time. Really nice!
