Spontaneous fermentation, no systemic treatments, no addition of chemicals, some racking, bottled manually. Deep ruby red, Bersaglierchi crimson reflections, intense primary aromas of the cellar, of vinous must, violets, morello cherries, plums and sour cherries ..... It enters the mouth fresh and light, direct and correct, sculpted and elegant tannins, never intrusive, mineral enough as only Sangiovese can be. Gentle and convivial wine for snacks, bread and salami but which can accompany even more complex dishes.
