Cantina Ros - Daniele Paolucci

The Paolucci Daniele farm is a small, developing business founded in 2015 in Grole di Castiglione delle Stiviere. Just a few kilometers from Lake Garda, on sunny, rocky slopes, interspersed with coppices and hedgerows, we cultivate the generous fruits of a humble and rugged land, yet as gentle as its people.

The current product range is characterized by a strong connection to family, local, and community traditions, reflecting the collaborative and social dimension of farm work. These are agricultural products, and as such, the fruit of the land and the industrious hands of man: interventions in the vineyard and cellar, along with the use of machinery, are kept to a minimum. By embracing freedom, our wines can express themselves and truly speak of their terroir of origin, the moraine hills of Garda. The range is gradually growing, making room for new small batches of wines, crafted according to the climate conditions and personal choices that each growing year presents, ranging from bottle-fermented wines to macerated wines to still wines. Much of the production comes from old vines, some approaching 80 years of age. Added to this is a small production of spirits, recently enriched with a very small batch of white grappa. 2023 saw the company embark on a new venture, taking care of an ancient olive grove undergoing restoration in Polpenazze del Garda (BS), planning to produce small quantities of oil.
