Biancofiore è un vino bianco prodotto dalla Cantina Colleformica nei territori di Velletri. Un vino ottenuto da uve Trebbiano giallo e Malvasia raccolte a mano. Pressate direttamente in torchio, poi fermentazione spontanea e affinamento in vetroresina fino all’imbottigliamento. Nessuna aggiunta di solforosa, nessun filtraggio o chiarifica.
