Our production also includes ancient grains and Rosciola EVO oil, which are the stars not only of our guests' farming and culinary experiences but also of the dishes and products we offer, making every event and tasting an authentic expression of the local area.
A passion for wine melds with a passion for art and horses: the rooms of the farmhouse overlooking the Cesanese vineyard are adorned with dozens of paintings dedicated to horses, while the Vineria hosts temporary exhibitions in collaboration with the Horse Museum Foundation. Each visit thus becomes a multisensory journey, where wine, flavor, art, horses, and nature meet.
Donna Vittori is located in Paliano, just 3 km from the Colleferro motorway exit and 8 km from the Colleferro-Segni-Paliano train station, an ideal location for welcoming visitors and wine lovers. Our southern-facing hills and mineral-rich soils give our wines complexity, elegance, and character.
Alongside the new plantings of Cesanese, Maturano, and other native grape varieties, we have restored old, abandoned vineyards, from which we produce our rosé wine. Our wines are accompanied by artistic labels that are true bottled stories, expressing the terroir, history, and creativity. The labels are designed by Italian artist Edoardo Bernardi, who elegantly and sensitively interprets the poetry of every sip.

In addition to viticulture, we are also a farm and produce ancient grains, grown organically with crop rotation: Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, Autonomia B soft wheat, and Spelta farro. We use these grains to make high-quality single-variety pasta, while a blend of their flours is used in the village's wood-fired oven during events and pizza experience sessions.
These experiences always accompany tastings of our wines, the company's star attraction, filling our guests' days. We also offer tastings of extra virgin olive oil, allowing participants to experience the cycles of nature and the authentic flavors of the region.
The activities offered transform every visit into a sensory education workshop, where wine, products, culture, and tradition merge, offering guests an immersive and memorable experience. During the spring and summer, you can admire the educational vineyard, featuring 24 varieties of native white and red grapes grown in Lazio.
Donna Vittori is not just agriculture, but also exclusive hospitality in environments immersed in art and the world of horses, thanks to its collaboration with the Horse Museum Foundation.
You can stay in an apartment or double rooms overlooking the vineyards. Each room is decorated with horse-inspired artwork by different artists, making your stay a unique experience combining culture and equestrianism.
