Oranjewijn, biodynamisch/vegan. Licht cognac kleur, helder. Aroma’s van kruiden en veldbloemen en licht mineralig/aardse tonen. Sinaasappelschil, kruiden, lichte zuren, lange afdronk, frisse wijn.
the wine is biodynamic, it offers an intense straw to gold colour due also to a brief contact with the skins, nose intense with citrus and flower bouquet, palate crisp and full, fruity and a little spicy. I wouldn’t drink it too cold.
