How is it? Very nice! First time I’m trying this Vitovska and I wouldn’t have thought it to be only 12 procent in alcohol. It has a long aftertaste and a lot of potency!
Serve aprirla con 2 ore d'anticipo... Se chiusa risulta amara e imprecisa nei profumi.
Skin contact with a light touch, bright. Tannins are subtle. Apricot and minerality dance around the mouth. It evolves with each sip. Smooth with a long finish. Paired nicely with pâte de canard.

It envelops the palate with harmony and delicacy, slender and firm, subtle but with character, dry and charismatic ... freshness and material in evidence anticipate a deep and mineral spicy closure, in memory of the stone from which the grapes are born. KARST ....... this is probably the most spectacular wine area in the region, for biodiversity, for landscape and above all for the incredible rocky soils. From the very little red earth and limestone, the fatigue of the vine is transmitted to the wine. Very limited production but of great value, long sacrifices and long waits give us style and beauty from this difficult and uncomfortable viticulture. Colore giallo dorato non limpido. Profumo fruttato e minerale, con note di frutta cotta e salsedine. Al palato rivela finezza, chiude sapido ma rinfrescante.
