Il Lieu-Dit Altengarten Riesling del Domaine Mann è un vino bianco d’Alsazia che esprime al meglio l’eleganza e la complessità del terroir di Eguisheim. Prodotto da vigne coltivate in biodinamica, nasce su suoli ricchi di calcare e argilla che donano al vino mineralità e profondità uniche. Al naso si apre con intensi profumi di agrumi, lime e pompelmo, fiori bianchi e delicati richiami di pietra focaia. Il sorso è teso, vibrante e raffinato, con una freschezza incisiva che bilancia la struttura e un finale lungo, sapido e persistente. Un grande Riesling alsaziano, capace di accompagnare piatti di pesce, crostacei, sushi e cucina speziata con straordinaria armonia.
