Il Lammer di Zehnhof è un Pinot Grigio Riserva dal carattere alpino e profondo, nato da vigneti di oltre 40 anni situati sulle colline calcaree della Valle dell’Adige, in Trentino. Alla vista si presenta giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi verdognoli. Al naso sprigiona aromi eleganti di agrumi, pera e fiori bianchi, accompagnati da sottili note di vaniglia e mineralità. In bocca è fresco, sapido e strutturato, con un finale lungo e armonico. Affinato per 7 mesi sui lieviti (“sur lies”) in botte, il Lammer è un vino di equilibrio e complessità, perfetto per accompagnare pesce bianco, crostacei o carni bianche delicate. Ideale anche come aperitivo di classe o vino da meditazione gastronomica.
