Baraonda 2025 di La Tommasina è un vino bianco prodotto a Frassinello Monferrato, in Piemonte. La cantina dichiara una coltivazione e una vinificazione orientate al massimo rispetto della natura, con l’obiettivo di preservare nel vino l’identità del microclima e le caratteristiche minerali dei terreni. In etichetta è classificato semplicemente come vino bianco, con una gradazione contenuta di 11,5% vol. È un bianco secco e fermo dalla vocazione conviviale e gastronomica, espressione di una piccola realtà del Monferrato. Per rispettare l’identità della referenza, non attribuiamo vitigni, tecniche di macerazione o affinamenti non dichiarati dal produttore. A tavola trova spazio con antipasti, verdure, primi piatti delicati,pesce, torte salate e formaggi freschi.
