Man on Mars Magnum 1,5 L è la versione in grande formato del Pet Nat rosato di Tenuta Demaio, ottenuto da Nero di Troia 100% coltivato secondo i principi dell'agricoltura biologica nel Tavoliere delle Puglie. La fermentazione spontanea e la rifermentazione in bottiglia con metodo ancestrale preservano tutta l'espressività del vitigno, regalando una bollicina fine e naturale. Al naso emergono note di fragoline di bosco, melograno, agrumi ed erbe mediterranee, mentre il sorso è fresco, sapido e dinamico, con una piacevole mineralità. Il formato Magnum da 1,5 litri permette un'evoluzione ancora più lenta e armoniosa del vino, rendendolo ideale per cene, aperitivi e occasioni speciali. Come tutti i Pet Nat di Tenuta Demaio, è consigliato servirlo leggermente torbido, agitandolo delicatamente prima dell'apertura per valorizzarne profumi e complessità.
