Il Franciacorta Brut "Solo Uva" è uno spumante metodo classico prodotto dalla giovane cantina SoloUva, fondata nel 2009 da Andrea Rutelli. La sua filosofia distintiva consiste nell'utilizzare solo gli zuccheri naturalmente presenti nell'uva, evitando qualsiasi aggiunta di zuccheri esogeni durante le fasi di tiraggio e dosaggio. Questo approccio innovativo valorizza la maturità fenolica dell'uva e restituisce un vino di autentica territorialità. Si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino dorato, al naso esprime aromi di frutta (mela, pesca bianca) e erbe, mentre il gusto è leggero, fresco ed energico. Perfetto da bere durante un aperitivo elegante, con piatti di pesce, formaggi freschi, piatti etnici leggeri.
