Bel Instant Brut di O. Belin è uno Champagne prodotto a Essômes-sur-Marne, nella Vallée de la Marne, da uve Pinot Meunier in purezza. La cuvée nasce da quattro parcelle e viene vinificata in vasche di acciaio a temperatura controllata, senza fermentazione malolattica. Nel calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino dai riflessi dorati e una bollicina fine. Il bouquet richiama pesca matura, mela cotta, miele d'acacia e scorza d'arancia, accompagnati da delicate sfumature speziate. Al palato è fresco e avvolgente, con un'effervescenza cremosa e una componente fruttata ben presente. La sapidità accompagna il finale, lasciando sensazioni agrumate e leggermente iodate. È uno Champagne versatile, da condividere durante un aperitivo o da portare a tavola con crostini, quaglia arrosto, vitello ai funghi e preparazioni a base di pesce.
