SP68 Rosso di Arianna Occhipinti è un vino che esprime la vera anima del territorio siciliano. Ottenuto da un blend di Frappato e Nero d’Avola provenienti da vigne coltivate in biologico, fermenta spontaneamente e riposa in vasche di cemento, mantenendo intatta la sua freschezza e immediatezza. Nel calice mostra un colore rosso rubino luminoso, al naso sprigiona sentori di ciliegia, melograno, spezie mediterranee ed erbe aromatiche. Al palato è agile, fruttato e piacevolmente tannico, con grande bevibilità. Ideale con salumi, formaggi freschi, carni bianche e piatti di pasta al pomodoro. Un rosso autentico e vibrante, simbolo della nuova Sicilia del vino naturale.
