Il Saint-Amour 2021 di G. Descombes è un raffinato vino rosso del Beaujolais, ottenuto da uve Gamay e prodotto secondo uno stile autentico e artigianale. Appartenente a uno dei cru più affascinanti della regione, questo vino esprime tutta la finezza e la bevibilità tipiche del Gamay. Al naso si apre con profumi intensi di frutti rossi freschi come ciliegia e lampone, accompagnati da leggere note floreali e speziate. Al palato è fresco, equilibrato e scorrevole, con tannini morbidi e una vivace acidità che dona slancio e piacevolezza di beva. Un rosso elegante ma immediato, perfetto sia per appassionati che per chi si avvicina ai vini del Beaujolais.
