Entre Amis Rouge 2022 di Château Cazebonne è un Graves rosso di Bordeaux ottenuto da 55% Cabernet Sauvignon e 45% Merlot. Le uve sono raccolte a buona maturità e vinificate con lieviti indigeni a basse temperature di fermentazione, con l’obiettivo di preservare frutto e freschezza. Il domaine conduce i vigneti in agricoltura biologica e interpreta questa cuvée come il rosso più immediato e conviviale della propria gamma. Al palato è fresco, equilibrato e scorrevole, con una trama morbida e un carattere marcatamente fruttato. I tannini accompagnano il sorso senza appesantirlo e ne fanno un Bordeaux particolarmente versatile e di pronta beva. Si abbina bene a taglieri di salumi, pizza, hamburger, carni alla griglia, arrosti e formaggi di media stagionatura.
