Il Barolo Riserva Bricco Boschis Vigna San Giuseppe 2019 rappresenta una delle massime espressioni della storica cantina Cavallotto, nel cuore di Castiglione Falletto. Prodotto esclusivamente da uve Nebbiolo provenienti dalla Vigna San Giuseppe, è un Barolo di grande eleganza e profondità, affinato tradizionalmente per diversi anni in grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia. Al naso regala note di rosa appassita, ciliegia, piccoli frutti rossi, liquirizia, tabacco, spezie dolci e goudron. Al palato è strutturato, raffinato e caratterizzato da tannini fitti, freschezza e un lunghissimo finale. Un vino destinato a evolvere magnificamente nel tempo, perfetto con brasati, selvaggina, tartufo, formaggi stagionati e grandi occasioni. Il vino è ottenuto da Nebbiolo 100% proveniente dalla storica parcella Vigna San Giuseppe nel cru Bricco Boschis e segue una vinificazione tradizionale con lunga macerazione e affinamento pluriennale in botti grandi.
