Il Guerila Rebula Selection è un vino bianco "orange", realizzato in Slovenia dall'azienda biodinamica Guerila, guidata da Zmagoslav Petrič. L'uva è raccolta e selezionata manualmente, macera sulle bucce per circa una settimana, fermenta spontaneamente con lieviti indigeni, subisce una lieve pressatura e matura per un anno in grandi botti di acacia, viene imbottigliato senza filtrazione e con minima aggiunta di zolfo. Il vino è di color giallo dorato intenso e tobido (poichè non filtrato), esprime un profumo intenso e raffinato con note di fiori secchi, erbe aromatiche, spezie, frutta matura secca e miele. Al palato è di medio corpo, con acidità equilibrata e forte mineralità. Ottimo con piatti di tradizione slovena, piatti di pesce strutturati, carni bianche e pollame e formaggi stagionati.
