Podere Magia is a 3-hectare biodynamic farm founded in 2013 on the outskirts of San Polo d’Enza, in the heart of the Parmigiano-Reggiano production area. The company is led by Stefano Pescarmona, agronomist and expert in biodynamic agriculture, who, in addition to being a winemaker, carries out consultancy activities for wineries and lectures at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. In 2015 Stefano plants the first vineyard from which he currently produces 4 wines refermented in the bottle without added sulphites, including Lambrusco (from 100% Maestri grapes) which represents the icon of a territory historically suited to the production of this type of wine.
