Volo a metà altezza, tattile sottigliezza, diabolica furberia (cambio di registro) . Al naso unisono fieno al sole in campagna, impacco di camomilla . Affondo nella sabbia i piedi sul finale fresco, rimbalzo sapido erbe, caramella alla liquirizia.
Fermentation in cement with maceration on the skins for five months with grapes destemmed for 80% of the mass; the balance is crushed with the feet in whole bunches and macerate in an open tank for 10 days just like the elderly of the valley did. For just over half a hectare, only 1,500 specimens of pure territoriality in strictly orange colors! Very fresh, savory, directed like a Rocky Balboa hook! But opening up here is the surprise that reveals the hand of the winemaker who gives the wine an all-eastern kindness I partly ask for the rustic intensity of this splendid Orange Wine.
