Even if aged - considering it's a lambrusco (2015) - it maintain the original bouquet (red fruits, raspberries...) with addictional taste. Salty, fresh, very good Well done Luciano!!
Il 18 mi aveva colpito positivamente, invece il 17 sembra la rifermentazione in bottiglia non sia andata benissimo e ne esce un po' di acetica.
Deep purple color, blackberry jam, nice bubbles, A little bit boozy on the finish which is odd considering the low ABV. A hint of Band-Aid on the finish as well. I liked it except for the finish.
