I can’t describe how alive this is. The wine practically jumps out of the bottle at you and dances up and down your tongue. The initial spark gives way to mint and black olives and red fruits by the dozen. So light and simple yet so fresh and so chewy. Recommend!
La barbera noire est connue pour être riche en acidité. Si vous ajoutez à ça le fait que nous sommes sur le dernier millésime embouteillé, l'acidité est impressionnante. On ressent néanmoins un jus propre.
