Azienda Agricola Bragagni Andrea
The Az. Agr. Bragagni Andrea, was born in '98, in Brisighella, on the hills between Faenza and FI.
Vineyard area 3,50ht, altitude of 350m. a.s.l., north-east exposure with marl-arenaceous soils.
My wife Valeria and I personally follow all stages of processing: pruning, harvest, vinification, bottling and packaging.
In the vineyard without chemical or organic fertilization, with total grassing and using only Bordeaux mixture and sulfur for treatments.
Manual harvest with buckets and/or crates.
Field work with the tractor.
In the cellar, spontaneous fermentations, no selected yeasts, aging in concrete or steel (no wood), without any induction with external substances.
Total sulfur between 6-12 mg/l
Grapes: albana, trebbiano, famous, sangiovese.
Maximum yield per hectare 40 quintals of grapes.
Our 'philosophy' of work and thought is to bring the maximum expression of this great little terroir into the glass.
