Un concentrato di frutti, erbe e macchia mediterranea. Vino uguale a nessun altro. Come bajola c'è bajola.
Robe trouble faisant penser à une bière blonde, vin ample, amertume bien présente, fruité léger mais persistant. Vin plutôt expérimental. A goûter!
Pour moi c'est un vin orange C'est top Bien nature et sans sulfites. Trouvé à la Cave des Papilles. Vin vinifié DANS la parcelle où le raisin est récolté.
Earlier it brings directly to the sea, a shy peach under a sharp saltiness. Then the mature fruit takes his place, powerfully within the apricot and again the saltiness and it all perfectly finds its balance with the gentle acidity.
