Oct 2025Apertura recente, due giovanissimi a gestire, e si vede, molto carini e cortesi ma sembrano non saper bene di cosa si stia parlando; è di tutta evidenza che ancora debbano prendere “le misure” … in definitiva, meglio la cucina della cantina: piattini da neo-bistrot, semplici ma di buon gusto, e buone materie prime delle quali però è difficile comprendere la filiera; non ho minimamente apprezzato il non poter scegliere i vini da una carta, seguendo solo indicazioni verbali - alquanto confuse - e senza conoscere i prezzi (ho dovuto chiedere espressamente). Tra l’altro l’offerta di vini del territorio (per scelta della proprietà, anzi del loro “enologo” che prepara la carta) è di fatto inesistente e mi domando se ciò sia in linea con la filosofia di Raisin …
