Definitely follow the suggestion on the bottle and shake it before serving. Needs a little chilling but not too much. Allow the pure lemon flavour to come to you. It's like sucking down on a boiled sweet. Apéritivo.

Bianchetto de Lammidia is a wine that is immediately recognizable with its tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and passion fruit, and which in the mouth impresses with its super drinkability and freshness. A wine that recalls summer and its fruits. Perfect for an aperitif!
Perfume not very strong. Short on the palate with a lot of zing and zest, citrus notes with a strong sour and bitter flavour. Quite complex for the shortness- zippy. Ferment is quite palpable. Delish! One of my favourite wines
