A full body SB with fantastic acidity, with botanical, earthy, mineral and plant elements at first. After the decanting, we have sweet aromas of brioche and tropical fruits such as mango, orange zest and floral notes and white spices.

Sauvignon blanc is one of those varieties that is characterized as aromatic - that is, it is very tense in the nose. Its aromas can be described as green fruits (mainly gooseberry) and freshly cut grass. In the mouth it has a moderate to high alcoholic strength, moderate body, and refreshing, accented acidity.
