About
Sauvignon blanc is one of those varieties that is characterized as aromatic - that is, it is very tense in the nose. Its aromas can be described as green fruits (mainly gooseberry) and freshly cut grass. In the mouth it has a moderate to high alcoholic strength, moderate body, and refreshing, accented acidity.
