Don't look for sweeping alcohol and sugars. Krasis is a wine of just 12 points that evolves on our palate to another level. It has excellent acidity, tannins like raw silk but also a very subtle delicacy. It is not in a hurry to impose itself but has a confidence that you will interpret in your own way. To us, for example, it reminds us of an artful Burgundy, being aromatic and silky on the palate, with cherries and roses and a spicy and slightly animalistic sensation that is nevertheless perfectly refined.
