About
Vintage 2023 will be released spring 2026. Grown at the highest point of our plateau – 280 meters above sea level – where the influence of volcanic porphyr is at its peak. This stony, ancient bedrock shapes a Riesling of clarity, elegance, and remarkable length. The grapes were directly pressed and fermented spontaneously, then matured for 24 months on the full lees – mostly in used French oak, with a small portion in stainless steel. On the palate: a restrained, juicy fruit character, carried by bright acidity and a razor-sharp line of salinity. Long, focused, and driven by terroir – a wine that doesn’t ask for attention but naturally holds it. A true expression of site. Salty, linear, and full of quiet power. A versatile companion: with food, without food, always full of energy and pleasure.
