About
Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe, Silvaner – each fermented separately on the skins for seven days, with a few whole bunches added for a touch of grip and texture. Completed with 15% direct-pressed Riesling to bring freshness and crisp acidity. Aged for 12 months on full lees in stainless steel and bottled in August 2024. All grapes were grown on volcanic porphyr soils – SHIRo is about exotic herby lemonade: bright, juicy, aromatic. Passionfruit, gooseberry and kaffir lime on the nose, fresh herbs and citrus peel on the palate. Low alcohol, easy drinking, and always refreshing. A no-brainer for summer – whether on a terrace, in a bar, or poured by the glass in your favorite bistro. Just drink it, or dive in and get lost in the details – your call.
