It is a cool wine-growing region with glacial influences. The vineyards are greened year-round and have diverse vegetation. The soils are from old lakeshore zones and terminal moraine weathering rocks (glacier gravel). We aim to capture this unique region in our wines and bring them to the glass as pure as possible. This involves accurate grape sorting in autumn, winemaking without additives (except for a small amount of sulfur before bottling), and no filtration.
