The wine has been a tradition in Georgia for over 8,000 years and Georgian Qvevri (clay wine vessel) wine is included in the list of UNESCO Intelligible Cultural Heritage, where more than 500 georgian grape varieties are also described. Demi`s winery is located in Brotseula, Qvemo Kartli region, Georgia. The winery (Marani) is equipped with traditional Georgian amphoras (Qvevris) and modern equipment. We produce premium quality natural wines, which are good for health and pleasant to taste. The winery has a special facility to age wines, where temperature and humidity are controlled and ensured.​ Demi's Winery has it`s own vineyard with grapes “Chinuri” and “Tavkveri” . In the vineyard we do our best to maintain a self sustainable ecosystem. During wine making no methods or tools or chemicals are used  which might change wine natural organoleptic characteristics. Chateau Demi is a family run eco-friendly agro-tourism business located  25 minutes driving from Tbilisi center. We offer accommodation in cozy rooms furnished with wood furniture, our own Qvevri wine tasting, a masterclass in Georgian cuisine, Georgian indigenous grapes, natural fruits, and vegetables right from grandpas backyard and more.
