Pour une fois je réussis un 100 % syrah..... 50 % grappes entières, 15 jours de macération, 50 % érafléés 10 jours de macération Un nez profond sur les sous bois et le poivre, une bouche ample et soyeuse sur les fruits noirs, des tanins fondus, c'est juteux et gourmand, une belle syrah du Sud, avec de la fraîcheur.
