Located northeast of Vaison-la-Romaine, a link between Provence and the foothills of the Alps, our vineyard is between 350 and 400m above sea level, thus benefiting from both the coolness of the hillsides and the southern sun. We settled in 1998, taking over the vines managed by Pierre, Antoine's father. Pierre has always worked according to the principles of organic farming since the end of the 1970s. We have of course continued on this path of respect for our terroir. Natural vinification quickly became a must for us and since 2003, the wines are no longer sulfited during the entire vinification and aging process; we do not filter or fin our wines and fermentation takes place thanks to indigenous yeasts. Our wines may be lightly sulfited at bottling (max 12mg/L). And when we are not in the vineyards, you will find us in our olive trees, in the Huile et Olives de Nyons appellation area where the Tanche variety reigns supreme.
