We settled here in 1998, taking over the vineyards previously managed by Pierre, Antoine's father. Pierre had always worked according to organic farming principles since the late 1970s. We, of course, continued along this path of respecting our terroir. Natural winemaking quickly became essential to us, and since 2003, our wines have been sulfite-free throughout the entire winemaking and aging process; we neither filter nor fin our wines, and fermentations occur naturally with indigenous yeasts. Our wines may be lightly sulfited at bottling (maximum 12 mg/L). And when we're not in the vineyards, you'll find us among our olive trees, in the Nyons Olive and Oil appellation area, where the Tanche variety reigns supreme.
