Domaine Terres d'Esclans - Agathe & Fabrice Raymond

The estate has been certified organic since 1998.

Soil work is carried out primarily using animal traction. Harvesting is done by hand, and pressing is done with a vertical hand press. In the cellar, there are no additives, only indigenous yeasts, and we use no pumps; everything is done by gravity, from pressing to bottling.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday: from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Friday: from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM
