Our vineyard has been certified in organic viticulture since 2019. Our viticulture, attentive to the personality of each of our terroirs, allows us to harvest healthy grapes with a lot of character by hand.
In the cellar, artisanal winemaking techniques are attentive to the wine's natural expression, with very limited use of sulfites at bottling. For our finest cuvées, extended aging allows us to gently refine the expression of our terroirs, each with its own distinct character. We strive to express the unique identities of our great Anjou terroirs with the greatest possible authenticity. In 2020, we began implementing biodynamic practices across our entire vineyard under the expert guidance of Michel Chevré.
