The plots are located in the commune of Loroux-Bottereau, in the heart of the Muscadet region, on terroirs of serpentinite, leptynite, and gneiss. The grape varieties cultivated are Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche. In the vineyard, the estate is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, though not certified. No synthetic chemicals are used, only controlled doses of sulfur and copper supplemented with herbal teas, liquid manure, and essential oils. Our principles: gentle pruning using the Guyot Poussard method, controlled yields, and respect for living organisms. In the cellar, the wines are gently pressed with whole bunches, then ferment naturally without the addition of starter cultures. Aged for 8 to 12 months on the lees. Gentle bottling by gravity. No SO2 is added whenever possible, as with our first vintage (2021).
