LIVING WINES Thanks to sustainable partnerships with winemakers working in harmony with nature, according to organic farming standards, 1006 interprets Loire Valley terroirs by selecting and monitoring the plots dedicated to its wines throughout the year. URBAN WINERY Harvested by hand, our grapes are carefully transported to our urban winery in the heart of Angers. Here, they are vinified, aged, and then sold on-site. I vinify my partners' grapes naturally. This is achieved through the use of indigenous yeasts, with little or no additives (sulfur), and without dogma, with the aim of making good, vibrant wines.
