The grape varieties: Burgundy melon, mad white and cabernet franc area: 2.7Ha. Treatments are on the back of a man with a thermal solo atomizer and a solo wheelbarrow. Copper (in slurry or hydroxide), sulfur (micronized), pine terpenes (heliosol) and herbal teas (picked in parts by myself) + essential oils. Soil work is done by tractor, harvesting is manual. In the vineyards: size and burning of wood, disbudding, trellising. In the cellar: no or few interventions. Tastings and classic lab tests. However, withdrawals with pump possible but rarely performed, bonding if necessary and sulfiting at 2gr / Hl before bottling only if necessary are the main interventions. Practicing biodynamics without certification
