I am in fact a processor of alcoholic beverages, mainly wine. I buy organic grapes, apples, pears, quinces, and other fruits to transform them into alcoholic beverages through alcoholic and lactic fermentation.
The fruits come from different organic or even biodynamic farms, located mostly in Anjou in the immediate vicinity of my processing site (1 hour max) except for the other fruits from Domfrontais. They are produced under organic certification with respect for living things and respect for everyone's agricultural practices.
I prioritize human relationships over purely commercial exchanges with my suppliers (as well as with my customers).
I have been established as a SAS in Saumur (49400) since 2013. Only wines produced from fresh fruit are marketed by the SAS. There is no purchase of other wines (except for the Cristal Closed cuvée bought in bulk from my former boss 9 years ago and bottled by me and for which I sell the last bottles and magnums).
